Sales Process & Pipeline Management

There are many ways to describe a typical sales process, and even many different approaches to the management of a sales pipeline. Based on everything I've done during my career, I’ve defined specific steps for the Sales Process that I believe are key to successfully transform prospects into recurring customers, and particular stages that I consider key for a strong Sales Pipeline Management.
