Strategy Tools
Developing and implementing a Strategy is often a challenge for teams and organizations. That’s why counting with the right tools is important to do it in the most effective and appropriate way.
I have created a number of Miro templates that can help professionals to design a strategy, connect it to performance management tools, implement it and utilize it appropriately for prioritization.
A Play-to-Win Strategy Canvas: This template applies the principles of the book "Playing to Win: How Strategy Works" to help facilitators, consultants, professionals, leaders and organizations to design and implement winning strategies following the framework outlined in the work of Alan G. Lafley and Roger Martin.
Integrated Strategy Map: This template is a visual representation of an Integrated Strategy Map that brings together the standard representation of connected Strategic Objectives with the measures, targets, and initiatives to achieve them, as well as the vision, mission, purpose, and strategic themes.
Hierarchy of Purpose: To address the challenges of prioritization that he have confronted throughout his career, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez developed a simple framework called the Hierarchy of Purpose.
Strategy Implementation Canvas: The Implementation Canvas generates the right actions at the organization level. It has been developed by Bridges Business Consultancy International and It’s designed to facilitate leadership discussion on further identifying the right actions the organization needs to take and prioritizing them. It builds on the work done in assessing the organizations’ readiness to implement and builds on the identification of the right actions from the Implementation Compass.
The above will help any professional to guide their team and/or organization to the fulfilment of their strategic vision and purpose.
