This custom GPT is the perfect pipeline management companion for sales teams. It can be used for training sales reps, help them on specific situations or even help them along the whole lead-to-customer journey and beyond.

I’ve trained it based on my preferred Sales Process and Pipeline Stages and enriched it with several additional tools and knowledge based on my experience during my career.

It is intended to extend the knowledge of ChatGPT with real life experience on how to successfully develop Leads to transform them into Customers and beyond. It knows about the importance of having an Ideal Customer Profile, how to approach Executives and Ultimate Decision Makers, and handle objections in a creative way, and focuses not only on selling but on learning from the sales process.

Not only that! It can do a comprehensive research about any Lead you have in your pipeline and prepare a personalised introductory email for your first engagement. Just tell the Sales Mentor & Lead Researcher which Company you want to research, the Department where your contact works (optional), and it will give you very important information you need to start your sales process, from the Industry, Revenue and Number of Employees of your lead, to what are their priorities, the challenges of their industry, and how they could affect the department where your contact works, preparing an introductory email for you to kickstart the conversation.

How I use it?

In order to make the most out of this tool, I keep separate chats for each lead, so the information about it is kept within the context. In this way, once the lead is researched, the Sales Mentor will be able to craft emails using the information about the lead, prepare a gameplan on how to approach it, and go through the sales process, step by step, considering that context.
